Orders are shipped via Canada Post from our sunny Wellington County, Ontario studio.
Our studio uses recycled and sustainable shipping materials. Please note that we will not automatically include a packing slip or receipt with your order to reduce our environmental footprint. However, should you require one, please let us know by email within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
Once our studio receives your order, kindly allow 8-12 business days for your parcel to ship. If you require your order more promptly, please email us, and we would be delighted to accommodate you if possible.
Shipping within Canada averages 2-10 business days and includes tracking.
Shipping to the United States averages 5-14 business days and includes tracking. We are unable to guarantee a delivery timeline once the parcel leaves our studio. Any duties are the responsibility of the receiver.
Please contact us for international shipping rates and exclusions. Please note that shipping internationally may take 10 days to 3 weeks.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our products are individually made to order. Due to the nature of the products in our shop, we cannot accept returns or process order cancellations once an order has been submitted through our website.
All ingredients are listed with full transparency to ensure the most favourable response to our formulas.
We recommend you contact us before you order regarding any skin or ingredient concerns to ensure you get the right product for your unique skin.
Gift Card purchases are final sale.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit, damaged items, or lost or undelivered packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Please contact us when ordering if you wish to purchase additional insurance on your purchase. Any taxes, duties, or import fees are the buyer's responsibility. In the case of a lost or stolen package, we will open an investigation and file a claim with Canada Post. Please check with your local post office location to ensure packages are not being held for you. Parcels that are refused, unclaimed, or rejected due to unpaid customs fees will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges.
