The Formula: 
A nourishing powder to crème facial mask with phytonutrient antioxidants and enzymatic properties that replenish, plump, and balance the complexion microbiome to support a luminous glow during the height of the winter season. The proprietary blend of herbs and flowers has been ground by hand in a mineral-rich mortar and pestle to enhance the olfactory experience and preserve the potency of each wild plant. As the mask washes away, the wild minerals offer a gentle buffing to smooth the skin and reveal a brightened and nutrient-supported complexion. 
 
This softening and regenerating mask formula is suitable for All Complexions.

Active Botanicals:
 
Heirloom Tea Rose - The antioxidant properties of rose water help strengthen skin cells, regenerate skin tissues, and provide Vitamin C, anthocyanin, and barrier-supportive lipids.
 
Nova Scotian Rose Fruit - Bursting with vitamin C, the crushed fruit has enzymatic benefits, gently resurfacing the outermost layer of the skin. At the same time, it infuses the complexion with essential nutrition to restore vitality, boost collagen production, and reduce inflammation while calming and brightening. 
 
Glacial Silt: Rich in natural minerals that infuse the skin with valuable phytonutrients, strengthening and fortifying the complexion and drawing out impurities. 
 
Echinacea Flower - A natural antioxidant that protects skin against elemental and environmental impact while providing antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory benefits. This potent essence prevents oxidative stress and improves the hydration of the cellular lipid bilayers. 
 
Marshmallow Root: Nature's hyaluronic acid. A natural humectant, marshmallow draws moisture to the skin, improving hydration levels. Rich in flavonoids with natural anti-inflammatory properties, this extract helps to repel and reverse UV and free radical damage. 
 
Dulse Sea Flower - Phytonutrient-rich and packed with skin-loving vitamins and minerals, our ethically hand-foraged seaweeds are ideal superfoods, infusing the skin with essential nutrients to nurture a radiant complexion.
 
Licorice Root - Softens hyperpigmentation and discolouration while blocking UV light with naturally occurring enzymes. Natural compounds reduce inflammation and swelling while toning and firming the skin. Rich in vital nutrients and antioxidants that block free radicals.
 
The Ritual: 
Activate one teaspoon of powder with a small amount of water to form a soft crème mousse. You may also mix the water with a few drops of your facial serum of choice. Water may also be substituted with raw liquid honey, whole organic milk, or a favourite hydrosol. Gently smooth over a clean, damp face, and allow to nourish skin for 10-20 minutes, keeping the mask hydrated throughout.  Rehydrate it with a wet mask brush, wet fingertips, a mist of hydrosol, or steam from a bath or shower. Then slowly rinse while massaging in circular motions to gently buff the skin, and follow with a facial essence and serum of choice.
